Tomorrow night provides a good opportunity to put Saturday behind us and get three much needed points. After the coach journey from hell I only saw 25 minutes of the game at their place but don't remember much that should cause us problems, well so long as we don't concede corners or free kicks anyway, reckon we should apply superglue to Blakey's gloves!

 

If we win tomorrow we can give ourselves a little breathing room from the teams below us. I can see Wealdstone losing again and it would be useful for Uxbridge and hemel to draw. Harlow don't play but I expect Hornchurch to take all three points. We've got to do the same.

 

It was good to have Spencer and Gilkes back in the side on Saturday and Hodges played his best game for us by far. A good performance tomorrow night from the boys will lift the spirits from the aftermath of Hemel. Lets make as much noise as we can, get behind the team and get back to winning ways.

I feel the reason so much noise was made was from the fact we were stood under the covering on the terraces which helps carry the sound out. Maybe the Barmy Army should take a few steps back when singing? I certainly think it would make a big difference.

 

Anyway, let's put Saturday behind us now and move onwards and upwards.

Thats a great point actually. Mind you, their cover went almost all the way to the barrier behind the goal whereas ours is much smaller.
