Lee Harding back to haunt us?

Recommended Posts

Hmmmn.

Clearly a [****!!****]-up of Trulock-like proportions on the part of NLP. I did pause for a moment and asked myself:

a). Was the quote an invention by the NLP?, or,

B). Did they telephone Gibbo, obtain the quote and then forget to check their records that Buzz is no longer Chairman?, or,

c). Are their records out of date, and did they telephone Buzz at Queensway Towers under the misapprehension that he is still Chairman, and did Buzz, always happy to assist, give his views on the proposed re-structuring, notwithstanding that it will be some while before Long Melford F.C. are affected?

From the 1st August 2002, the Club has been owned and managed by Long Melford Football Club (2002) Limited and the Club’s new chairman is Lee Harding. Since taking over at the Club, Lee has overseen the installation of a new 106 seat main stand, substantial improvements to the players dressing rooms, renovation of the clubhouse, a new players lounge, board room and club office and upgraded floodlights at Stoneylands.

Oh dear <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" /> I hope someone's checked to make sure he's paid the bills.

Oi webbo. Haunt? HAUNT? What d'ya mean haunt? He's still sponsoring us even now!

Yes Rob it was a good quote. I don't know the man, but he obviously talks a lot of sense. Probably an advocate of 3-5-2.

As for Melford, my sources tell me they're looking forward to their County Cup final at Portman Road, where the pitch is about the same as Letchworth these days!

Sorry Mr Laz, no FA Cup for Melford next season, just the Vase I'm afraid, but my sources tell me a Melford-City pre-season friendly is on the cards. Free Breezers all round.

And Melford enjoyed their 2-1 win over Sudbury as well.

p.s. What ever happened to that nice Gary Roberts?

p.p.s. not all the '[****!!****]-ups' were Trulock's.

p.p.p.s. up the "Swans" eh Tom?
