Unanimously Support Proposal

So, the supporters trust have come down on the side of MyFC! I guess they have their reasons - most probably to do with having heard both sides of the argument! Something that most of us here haven't had the luxury of...

Until ALL facts (from MyFC, the Club and the Trust) are available, I cannot comment on their decision - I just hope its the right one!

I reckon if there were non-Trust members there, more people would vote against the idea.

So do I Kev. Just out of interest how many on the Fleet Trust?

All parties at the meeting were trust members. There is a register kept of all attendees and all members eligable to vote were given a coloured voting card.

I'm still struggling to work out the actual current ownership structure of EUFC.

Who owns the club?

Is it two major share holders and the Trust?

or

Is it the Trust with two major shareholders in the Trust?

If the latter..is it one vote per Trust member?

or

Is it pro rata voting based on % Trust shares held?

Thanks

Mick

The Trust owns 55,200 shares out of just over 2,000,000 issued and fully paid shares.

How many voted?

Everyone at the meeting (who were entitled to vote) voted in favour of the takeover. There were no abstentions and no votes against.
