It's good to see

that some areas of the club are already reaping the rewards of the MyFc deal - long before the deal has been signed.

Brian is to congratulated for arranging a further supply of 300 new shirts, all of which immediatlely benefits the club, as well as new player sponsors.

What a pity the editors of the fanzine haven't capitalised on this, with a potential new readership of over 20,000, they could have easily sold a 10 fold number of issues.

I assume that, while there is surely a new edition of Still No Idea in the pipeline, it may have to be put back to allow for some articles on the takeover. Also, bare in mind that one of the editors is on the Trust Committee and has had less time of late to be involved in this.

I will try and look into the feasability of this. My opinion it would have to be a subscription paid in advance as we may end up with lots of programmes in our shop and no buyer. This may be out of the trusts control at this time.

That's a good idea. Someone on the MyFC website also had the same sort of idea in the form of offering a way for those who are unable to get to games (non UK people) to be able to contribute to gate receipts by buying a match day programme priced a bit higher than normal as a kind of "virtual match day ticket" and have it sent by post. Would be good way to support the club and show commitment even when attending in person is impossible on a very regular basis.

Now now Jeffers .....behave !!

Most clubs (I believe) operate a Programme Subscription scheme. You pay up front for the season and then get them mailed to you. Cost depends on where in the world that you are based obviously. Something to consider getting in place for the start of next season maybe ? Should be a nice little earner ?

Cheers,
