My views on the choices/votes so far

 

Jol = no too week a character, pushed out at Spurs poorly and not asisted by the press.

 

Allrdyce = Hmmm not really achieved anything as a manager.

 

O'Neill = Could be the choice but has only won things in Scotland, time will tell if he can do it at Aston Villa

 

Pearce = Did well at Man City to start with and is learning with England under 21's. Too inexperienced for international manager but would be a good assistant. Always shows his passion for his country.

 

Mouriniho = Stong character, out spoken, press love him, press hate him, but wont be able to buy every player he wants in the England team, could be the right choice with Pearce as his assistant.

Why do you need "experience"? What experience did Slaven Bilic have to be able to beat England twice, or Jurgen Klinsmann to take Germany to the World Cup Final with what was supposed to be Germany's worst team in years. These guys know was is required in International football because they played it for years and were successful. Shearer is a very good choice.

Coppell for me, no doubt's most honest hardworking with a good track record, and knows the england setup, with pearce as assistant
