I watched Wivenhoe Town v Maldon Town last night and Wivenhoe were rather poor, though they scored an excellent goal by a low and hard volley into the bottom corner. Then Maldon dominated the second half and should have won by more than 1-2. If the game ended at half-time then Wivenhoe would be a lot higher in the league, they fell apart second half.

 

It doesn't look good for the bottom two in that league, though Ilford have finished where they are currently for the last two seasons and are still in that league !!

Ilford are atrocious. They wouldn't be in that league if Enfield FC had not folded.

Some good vocal support from both teams last night and a bit of banter too on the terraces. Ilford v Wivenhoe will be a big match for both teams, but Wivenhoe lack finishing at the moment and they have to win this game.
