Happy to oblige Barney. To be honest, I don't think that the keeper was fouled. He seemed to drop the ball into the mud at his feet, and three or four players had a hack at it before the ball squirmed away off Ozie Foster's boot towards Dave Bastian. God knows what the Redbridge fans made of their on-loan keeper, as the programme was talking about the mistake he made against Dartford as well!

One footnote: our first goal was excellent, our second even better, but the scuffed six-foot tap in on 90 minutes was sweeter than both of them!!

We’re lucky to be one of the best supported teams in the league, with the lions share of the crowd last night being town fans who braved the weather to make the trip, so let’s keep that support positive, be a 12th man (I’m not trying to sound like Delia there) and help the players get back into winning habits.

We had a little fun with that on Saturday for Rudi's first goal @ Tilbury! We did try to tell Paul the keeper it was going in so don't try to stop it! If you look on you tube you can see he listened too! drinkies

Well done boys on a great effort last night in bringing home the 3 points. A thoroughly enjoyable game. Come on the Town!!

Barney has summed up everything I would want to say perfectly about last night's display, Redbridge probably feel hard done by in losing at the death, but I feel we were well worth the 3 points for being the team who played the football!!

They had chances, and so did we, and it could have been 8-8 in the end, but the boys really gave it their all last night and deserve huge credit..... as does JC. Well done Jim.

Defensively there are things for JC to work hard on (we got better as the game went on though I feel), but going forward I feel with have a wealth of ability and options at the moment. Hammatt as a playmaker in the middle worked well, Bast run his socks off, Grieves and Foster together up front gives JC food for thought with BH playing behind them, and I have a lot of time for Harvey. Oh and what a strike Paul Campbell - legend!!

I thought our season was over guys - nothing to play for and all that? wink No matter what happens over the course of the season lets not stop giving everyone on the management and playing staff our full support. It is a long, hard season and like someone has already said, it is going to be a rollercoaster at times but I am positive at the end of it Town will be in the mix at the top.

For those who decided to stay at home in the warmth, then you missed a game which Town fans have been longing for for a while. All right, we did make mistakes, but the players played some attractive football on a very wet pitch and fought back to score the winner just at the right time.

Mind you, I did like the look of their numbers 9 and 11.

More of the same on Saturday, please.

I wanted 2 say that I went 2 wacth the Redbridge v Enfield town game & loved every minute, pure passion and commitment, what semi-pro is all about; loved the 2nd goal volley from long range... shortly goal of the season, for Enfield town, if not for the whole league. GREAT STRIKE...!!!

Also noticed in the bench for the Enfield Town team a really good player who I saw playing for Aldershot Town's reserves v Cristal palace's reserves in the holday pointin league or something, about 2 years ago, sort of chinnese looking and had silky skills back then not afraid of getting the ball and very accurate with his passing, I wonder what's happen to him, is he been injured? can any one tell me any thing about this lad?, If I was a coca-cola league manager I will love some one like that in my squad. never mind that for what i saw in this game, i thought he will do 10 times better than the short lad that Town played in the middle of the park.
