I'm sorry that this may be slightly off topic, and i really don't want to be banned from this forum but what the hell is this guy thinking going on the Bowers and Pitsea Forum and saying he hopes the club folds?

 

What sort of sad immature football fan must you be to make a comment like that, in jest or not.

 

the reality being more clubs at your level go bust than ever happens at Essex Senior League level, you obviously know nothing of the hard working people behind the club who strive to produce a scuccesful and financially stable team, you truly are a sad individual.

 

put the shoe on the other foot and what reaction would i get if i came on here and put a post saying i hope you go bust?

Although we all have a club we dont particularly like , I for one would not like to see the loyal supporters of any club after years of hard work and dedication be left with nothing.

 

As the last week has shown , we are as exposed as every other club.

Wasn't it P&B people who invaded this forum the other week upsetting people with personal threats/abuse and eventually had to be banned. They seemed very pleased with themselves looking at their posts on the P&B forum afterwards. I believe at least one of them plays for your team, do you let peole get away with that sort of thing and still represent your club ?

Santa, as an ex B&P Player (supposedly!!), with no knowledge of what has gone before on this particular forum, the post did incense me, as i am very heavily respectful of the people at B&P, especially those behind the scenes that run the club, hard working individuals, and i would never wish ill of them, or the club.

 

I may add the club is in no financial danger, or anywhere near the point of collapse, it just incensed me that such a mindless post, which is true of the fate of many clubs (Hi Unc!!), should be directed at a club i hold dear.

 

I am sure your response would be the same if the shoe was on the other foot.....

 

As for some of my ex colleagues, i cannot speak for them nor condone any previous discrepant behaviour, but whatever weight the word of my apology carries i offer it. I may add, it is not MY house to get in order.... my involvement in B&P affairs is purely keeping an eye on results.

 

I wish Ebbsfleet the best of luck for the coming season,and hope a line is drawn under this.

Mike, your post gave (me) the impression you were involved with the club by reference to the hardworking people behind the club. My comments were clearly aimed at the club rather than you as an individual supporter, a misunderstanding for which I apologise. Line drawn.

Hi Unc, we are all guilty of bollox at one time or another!! I actually didnt see what happened on here (honest) was not in work when it happened so couldn't access a PC, but i hear a certain celebrity GK was quite happy with whatever he did!!
