I've just spent two hours working on the pitch at Hertford. Could play a game at this moment, but 7.45pm? Who knows? We have arranged a pitch inspection at 4pm in view of the forecast.

Pitch wide, I suspect that Hanwell or WGC offer the best chance of a game tonight.

Depends on the weather tomorrow. The forecast is NOT for rain. But we'll see.

I've got a couple of lorry loads of concrete coming in the morning on the strength of the forecast so I hope it's right!

I won't be putting any money on this though, as I'm getting reports as we speak of heavier rain coming in from the Hatfield direction!

Nightmare scenario - I predict game will be called off after everyone has left work early, got stuck in the traffic (A10 is closed apparently), and busted a gut to get there!

H, you are running a basic McAfee. At times it cannot differentiate between real phising and a Flash technology website trying to determine if you have A) the capability to read it and B) the Flash version you are running. Change your settings, try Kaspersky or updgrade your McAfee.

 

I haven't had the time to do anything with the site for 2 weeks. Crucial bits and bobs at the new ground and all that stuff. I am currently seeking someone to run it and do the match reports, but the whole committee are involved with the new ground to a degree and those that aren't don't even have computers. So a bit difficult at the moment, my apologies.
