Anywhere to suggest for staying overnight after the game too would be good.

I want to make this real so help from you guys would really assist.

Pubs are all relative to one's drinking habits I suppose, but in Gravesend town centre if you're over 30 and looking for a quiet enough drink, try The Windmill or The Jolly Drayman. The Pocock is cheap and busy, The Grapes OK, Three Daws lively enough (but Jeff and Chris B drink there, so I wouldn't bother) and you might also get a few Fleet fans in TJs and The Peacock.

I'm sure someone under 30 will come along in a minute and class these all as 'old men's pubs'!

For matchday, in Northfleet, try The Rose, Coopers Arms or The Plough right outside the ground.

Can't realy add anything to Stu's post re pubs.....there is the club bar, which at The Plough end.

Re staying over, really depends what your budget is. We have a travelodge ( or travel Premier or whatever), which is behind The Woodlands in Gravesend ( on A227 heading towards Gravesend from A2 ) The Woodlands itself has a resaurant & does bar meals. Or there is a travel lodge by the George pub ( Singlewell off the A2 ) where there is also the Manor Hotel ( posh end of scale !!).

Also, there is The Overcliffe Hotel, just outside Gravesend town centre, which, I understand is not too bad.
