Final farewell to Bob - Tues 1pm at HP

I realise its a Tuesday & work commitments may prevent some from going along but lets hope,despite that,that can we get a good turn out for Bob tomorrow(Tuesday at 1pm at Hartsdown Park).

I for one will be there with the club colours so hopefully we DO get a good turn out.Anyone else going along? If you are & you have some,it would be fitting I would have thought to have as much of his former clubs colours turn up too as he passes by for his final rest.

I will be come over in my lunch break. Never saw him play as not living here then but a great Margate career so will be my honour to be there as he passes.

Can't come due to work but did tie a poster of the 'legend' up on the half way line with the traditional blue and white scarf on Saturday.

 

What would he have made of the dreadful defending i hate to think!!!!!!!!!!

No, did not make a big thing of it. It just felt the right thing to do for me. I grew up with him and then had the pleasure of seeing mark play in his hey day too.
