Camberley won 1-0 at Three Bridges today. On a personal note I was at Brockenhurst v Crawley Down. I had a load of Crawley Down fans behind me. they got beaten 4-1 but had a constant stream of unabusive banter all through the game. Most fun I have had for ages. Shame a few clubs in this league dont do it instead of the constant inane dissent that seems to be fashionable at the moment.

Good to seeing you take this thing seriously Nut smile

I spoke with a referee recently who will be giving it up at the end of the season for the reason stated above. An assistant recently was called a w*nker because he got a throw in wrong. Players are now complaining about the most obvious decisions. It is inane and is causing problems thaT players and clubs seem not too care about.

I was talking to the assessor at yesterdays DFC v Bedfont game.

He much mirrored Kroon's comments.

Guildford were beaten 4-2 by a superior Vosper side down in Southampton. The scoreline could have been different barring two early pieces of bad luck (two own goals where the keeper had saved the initial shot only to see it bounce in off a defender), and then a screamer of a goal to make it 4-1 before half time.

Credit to the travelling GCFC supporters, who cheered the team through all 90 minutes and created a great (and like above, unabusive) atmosphere.

BJR absolutly disgraceful behaviour by your no 2 do really know what frame of mind he was in but scenes like that do not deserve to be on a football pitch.

but overall it wasnt a bad game yesterday on a very sticky pitch, that really didnt allow for a good passing game.

I dont think that Dorking played bad probably short of one or players and a little bit of guidance

Rye 2 - 2 Cobham

Fun and games down in Rye for me at the w/e. After a 2 hour journey to get there (to find a ground ala Worcester Park, only with floodlights), we came away with a draw after going 2 down (we were v poor for the first half hour). Got a goal back on the stroke of halftime, then the fun began.

Words were exchanged (fans and players alike) and the handbags came out, including there skippers g/f climbing under the barrier and squaring up to some of our players with the brilliant line of "don't you start on my b/f!!". There supporters were calling us "animals from surrey", which was hilarious.

Ref extends halftime by 5 min for us to calm down!

Second half always had that edge to it and shortly after we equalised it all kicked off in their goalmouth. 1 sent off from either side. We then had the better of the play and were unlucky not to take a win (denied a clear pen in the second half of xtra time).

Should make for an interesting replay on Tue night.

Rye had 3 v good players (2 ex Eastbourne Borough), with the rest just v hard working and v physical.

Camberley's Vase involvement means our league game at Krooner Park is now 29th January!

We are looking to re-arrange a league game for 8th December!

If not, a friendly!
