Today's PA and Commentary

With Wellsie unable to make the game today I am looking after the tannoy and the commentary today.

I have just tested the commentary stream and all seems to be ok there.

Is there any songs or announcements that anyone would like to hear over the tannoy? I hope to have an interview to play before half two but that depends on how things (and technologies) go when I get to the ground!

However, I probably will struggle to get updates on here as well so if there is anyone listening who can update from the commentary I would be greatful (mainly so I can look back over it for my Non League Paper report).

As we get nearer to kick off I am going to play a few footbally type songs to try to get everyone in a vocal mood. Some are original versions of terraces chants (the Danny Hockton song for example) and some that have been used pre-match by other sides (a very strange one is amongst them that if you have been to Stamford Bridge you will have heard their fans singing along to).

If there is anything else that you feel will get the fans in a singing mood please let me know.

There will certainly be a minutes silence/appreciation (I prefer the latter) before kick-off with a brief eulogy just beforehand.

Good idea but possibly easier said than done. I will see if someone can do it though.
