BBC Teletext didn't help matters this morning by saying Goodhind was 'the first to leave since MyFC took over', thus alluding to a probably non-existent connection between the two.

It would be wrong to speculate on who LD meant when he said some players could be leaving, I think everyone should be given the chance to prove themselves now, before new blood is brought in, but clearly, with money soon to be available for new players, not all the present squad will stay.

If I understand what the spin doctors have been telling us long contracts won't be allowed because you cannot set your expenditure for a season before you know the income, and you won't know the income until you know how many mugs investors cough up another £35.00
