Last figure quoted was 7%

But it is misleading - I signed up for one year - initial suspicions - once you sign for one year you can't then re-register for the other two. The figure would be substantially higher if you could. A regular comment on MyFC is 'I am in this for the long haul'.

They also get an pass to the executive car park and toilets (no-one told them its the same place)

Once the actual sale is complete and the Society becomes the owner of the club, then the individual members will get a membership certificate from the Society. Technically, our membership begins its one year from that date.

 

I personally signed up for 2 years. Would have done 3, but I'm a teacher on a tight budget. I'd sign up for 10 years or a life membership today if it were offered and I could manage the fee.

I was one of those who signed up in the very beginning, so I didn't get that option.

However, when I renew, I'm going to hit the 2 or 3 year option.
