I am worrying. I am abolutely appauled by what has/is happened/ing with them. I really do think that in the long term it could be the death of the club.

Does anyone agree with me? I really am startled at the lack of people standing against this idea.

Fans are always complaining (including on DATM) about the footballing world being all about money, That its "not the same anymore". How many people say Chelsea have just bought success and that they cant stand them for it? Now these same people have now stolen a club. Taken it away from 1000 die hards, and very unlikely to ever return.

I was starting to believe that owners of clubs and other "powers that be" were causeing this problem. I am starting to open my eyes to the reality that maybe the real problem are the fans.

If all fans stuck together, we could control everything to do with football. If people stayed away from matches until a cap on foreigners was inplace, you can bet your bottom dollar it would arive after a while for an example. Just like terracing may return as fans are actually yniting behind it. If 10000 people didnt watch town because they wanted davy out, im sure it would happen.

Modern day football is in a right mess. And i really cant see it escapeing from it, until something major happens. Unfortunatly the only way i can see it changing is through a financial failure. It cant be long until a few league teams will go bankrupt. Luckily for us, i think Town are safe having been through administration before. To say we have a lower than average budget even with a higher than average supporter base, how do other clubs afford to pay more than us? I know people say it is because of Davy etc(And i agree in part),but I also think they are punhing above their own weight it terms of budgets although only time will tell.

The faith that I have been losing for many a year, has now reached an all time low. Hopefully and truthfully i want to be wrong. That my opinion on fans playing a huge part in the current state of affairs is absolute crap, however i just dont think i am.

Please give feedback upon your own ideas upon what i think about the current situation within English football.

Cheers,

Ian K.

Oh and btw, should a new Ebbsfleet/ Gravesend and Northfleet (What it should be anyway) be formed for the previous and true fans, i shall support it whole heartedly as a true fan. As groups of fans like them, are becomeing an ever increaseing rarity.
