In fairness, I don't think anyone thought I was trying to mislead by using the word "trust." I admitted from the start of that discussion a limited knowledge of the technical differences and was quoting directly from the MyFC site, which, as I pointed out virtually immediately afterward, was an old and incorrect version of the name. Don't make it sound like it was something underhanded when it most decidedly was not.

I'll repeat that the links to the FAQs and T&Cs for MyFC are available for anyone's inspection at the bottom of the home page. Last time I looked (yesterday), they still have the "Trust" name in a few spots and I hope they'll revise it asap.
