Footballf ans against Myfc day

Just wanted to say to all the thousand or so Fleet supporters who go week in week out that i feel for you and in the same circumstances i would be absolutely livid.I remember over the years going to two or three fans day matches for clubs that were in the mire with the last one being a Doncaster / Brighton match when the Seagulls played at our place.Think there was nearly 3000 odd supporters that day form all over the country and as far as Germany,France and Belgium that came to support the club with all the money going to Rovers.I know that this wouldn`t be about raising some money to keep the Fleet going however i think if somebody was to make an upcoming game one of protest i am sure you would get many people coming from different clubs countrywide to voice an opinion en masse in tellimg Myfc exactly what is thought of them.It more than likely wouldn`t accomplish anything as things stand at the moment but would bring with it a lot more media focus from the point of view of the real fans of football be they Ebbsfleet,Gillingham or Dumbarton!!

All the best for the future!

I admit I am a MYFC member and until jut=st the other day I had never heard of this club, however in the time since the MYFC anouncement I like many of the other MYFC members have taken yor club ito our hearts and are now wanting to become as passionate about the club as you are.

The majority of the MYFC members do not want to do anything that will hurt the club (aka MK Dons/Wimbledon FC), rather it is the exact opposite. The aim of this venture is to make the club better by giving it a chance to remove any debt, and give continuing funding that will allow it to purchase players that were unattainable before the deal. Also the club has now just increased its supporter base to tens of thousands from all over the globe (I'm Australian).

We do not want to change the club or remove any of its long history. It may be difficult at the beginning and I understand that it is an odd situation that your club and the many supporters are in, but give it a chance before you decide that it is a bad thing. It really is not that much different from a takeover by a new owner.
