Legal Challenge?

As I understand it 20% of the clubs shares are owned by people who have not been consulted in any way shape or form about this farce.

 

Similarly the same 20% were not consulted about the name change.

 

I am sure there is something in law that says all share holders have to be consulted and indeed have to vote on anything close to either of the above. This quite clearly has not been done.....

 

I propose that all 'real' Fleet supporters, or certainly the share holders seek legal advice and obtain an injunction to stop this before the period of due dilligence ends.

 

The actions of the now totally discredited board, I would suggest, have quite possibly been illegal?

 

This is obviously going to cost money, so how about the setting up of a fighting fund? I'll kick it off with £50.
