Chandler is a kicking stick thats well used to the flack he's getting ,Thick skinned if you like. Gordon aint that sort of bloke it would hurt him seeing his team selections and performances being criticised. Then the more fickle ones amongst you will be howlling for chandler to come back and save you .

I am not sure anyone is "ripping" JC apart. It is the whole situation and as the manager he has knows he is held responsible.

I think all this talk of JC going is nonsense. Yes things aren't going as well as we'd like at present but i think that the whole management team need to look at themselves not just Jim, the only time i see any of them stand up is when the feel like a moan sorry f***ing moan at one of the f***ing officials.

I feel Jim has been influenced by certain individuals on tactics & selection during the past 2/3 seasons and has not been left to do things his way.

The only way JC will leave is IF we go on a disasterous run of 10 games without a win or as he's stated IF we fail to gain promotion.

We are going through a frustraiting time but WE the club need to support eachother, i know a few players look at this and as reported maybe some of the management/board members read these too so lets stop the talking on here and start doing some talking on the pitch (for 90+ mins).

There is only 8 points seperating about 10 teams so IF we can put a nice little run together i'm sure we'll put these times behind us and put ETFC back to familiar standings.

Well said Stone Cold. I understand the post match negativity from Tuesday for a day or so, but let's look ahead to Saturday's game now and get behind JC and the players. 3 points for the Towners!!

One member of the management team does my head in every single game. He hurls nothing but abuse and negative foul mouthed criticism at OUR players!! Do us all a favour and stay seated on the bench!! Let's have some encouragement out there, and actually a bit of praise wouldn't go amiss when the team are doing the right things!!

I've noticed of late the players getting on each other's backs a lot more also when things don't go right, and the same goes for this - it needs to stop. Heard some good things from BH during the 1st half on Tuesday - along the lines of thats good, but we need to do more etc. Got a lot of time for his attitude and committment, and to look back on the criticism he was getting last season makes me laugh.

Jim Chandler is no worse then any of these why change better the devel you know and you know his hert is with enfield. Andy Leese is no better then jim I know many players and some have played for both accordding to them not much in it. at least jim loves the club Leese loves himself.

Mentioned it before but take a look at today's table. 4th. place, 4pts from top place. I know performances haven't been as good as they could have been, but to my mind it's outrageous to even consider JC's position st this stage of the season.
