Small CLub in Kent?

Hi, MyFC /EUFC owner here.

Just some food for thought for some of the posters on here. Today your (and now our) club has gone from a small club in kent to probably the most reported football club on the planet. Food for thought no?

We're here for the long run, have a look at our charter, we're a 'not for profit' organisation, which firstly means that any profits will be invested directly back into the club, secondly, if we were to sell, all the money goes to charity.

I'm a lover of the game, nothing more, and i want to help this club realise its new found potential. Say hello to us at the next home game, i'm sure you will quickly find that we are all passionate football fans.

Did your previous owners ever give you the chance to be an owner? Well we do, i hope you join.

The members. All decisions are by majority vote. In the event of selling the club, then 75% of members will need to agree before it can be sold. The members then select the charity.

Isn't the point of every pyramid scheme that someone ultimately gets rich? Without that profit incentive, why the suspicion? BY LAW, as a not-for-profit trust, MyFC members can never make a single penny from this endeavor. It is being done simply for the chance of being involved in a sport we all love. Sometimes a cigar really is just a cigar.

MyFC may not make a profit but MyFC Ltd will

Taken from your own FAQ board
Can MyFC Ltd make a profit out of this venture?

MyFC Ltd, as a separate for-profit organisation, will be entitled to make a profit to spend in accordance with the wishes of the directors of that company

Yes, the website operator is a for-profit company and can sell website advertising, etc., to offset its costs, pay salaries, and potentially profit. That has nothing to do with the funds going into the club or how that money is handled. They are two separate legal entities.

7.50x 20'000 current membership administration costs =150,000 quid

7.50 x 30,000 projected membership administration costs = 225,000 quid

7.50 x 1000,000(a number somebody banded might eventually join up)administration costs = 750,000 quid

Not bad going into Myfc Ltd.....A for profit company, owned by whom?
