I know Liam Daish said he is 100% behind this but how many people believe he will Stick by that he is a manager who has coaching badges and knows the players inside out and will i think hardly get a say in who plays and think he will go which will be a shame for Ebbsfleet.

How do you know ? He is hardly going to say the whole idea is sh*t is he, when his board ( his employers ) have sanctioned it is he ?

I am sure he is looking forward to answering to the great & good members of MFC, especially the some of the ones who have posted total sh*t on here today & those that wouldn't know a real football ( as opposed to a computer game one ) if it got kicked up their ar*e !!

cant see how a top manager like Daish who has done wonders at you lot with a limited budget is now dropped to head coach but anyway good luck to you lot as i hope it dont go tits up for the real fans sake

I'm gonna be there in Jan for a couple of games. Bit hard most weeks though as it's a 5,000 mile trek! I'll send my aunt though, she lives two streets away, she bloody hates football but if she wants a Christmas card she better get down there sharpish!

Another thing that gets me, is the fact that the Gravesend and Northfleet link will most probably disappear.

I mean, how many of these new so called fans even knew it was called Gravesend and Northfleet a year back?

 

Being born in Gravesend I'm starting to feel a bit distant from this club.

The name change was disappointing but acceptable, I understand why they did it and it secured us a great sponsor and the same people from Gravesend and Northfleet attended (other than a few who opted out at the change)

 

Now we have 20,000+ people from all over the country and even overseas who own half our club and claim to support our club even though they know nothing about us nor cared about us before they put their 35 squids in.

 

It's just so...disappointing.
