Ask the cheslea fans that used to follow the club through thick and thing whether they like abramovich.Alot will say they preferred life under Bates.
Money isn't everything,sometimes its actually better to achieve things in football through hard work not chasing the buck

of course ebbsfleet have no history we only got the name this season hell some mfc members have got tickets for oxford so where dose that put the fans that have watch, been, and supported the fleet for years. i know i've been a fan for only 3 season but i get no with the fan, players, staff. but u can not tell me that most of the 20,000 members are going can any of u tell me any of the fleet players name's are were we get the biggest crowds, here one just for u mfc r the price's staying the same or chageing

how can that gaffer wanabe say that Ebbsfleet is a small and irrelivant club, anyone watch skysports news for the announcement? would an irrelevant club be on TV because of a takeover?

 

How can anyone even compare a group of championship manager playing wanabes to a smaller number of surprisingly passionate and persistant fans that get behind our team? i myself have been to all the home games this season and have all the programs, how many of the new owners have? what can the thousands of dreamers say about our team, how can they pick our eleven when they don't know our squad? I say leave Liam Daish, Alan Kimble, Jason Botley, Adrian Feltstead, Roly Edwards, Mick Ward, Brian Kilcullen and Duncan Holt to do their jobs and the fans to do theirs and get behind the team through thick and thin like we've been doing all season and always have.

I say we MFC members are embarking on an exciting project and yes it is experimental, but in reality, if it all goes wrong, then it goes wrong. If ebbsleet cease to exist a new club can form, afterall, ebbsfleet is only a year old.

 

If 20,000 people want to get involved with a club then what is a few, and we all know there isnt many ebbsfleet fans, going to do about it.

 

JUST GET INVOLVED OR FIND ANOTHER CLUB

You have paid for about 0.05% of Ebbsfleet for one year, I own more than that each time I buy PROGRAMME, so who are the losers, at least I get something for my money, what actually do you own???? if its not you, some other mug will be giving us our money, so losers, ???? think about it lol

I have registered as I would like to disassociate myself from all the stupidity that has been posted on this thread.

 

I was born and raised in Kent. I now live 200 miles away. I did not sign up to MyFC for an ego trip - I thought it a good idea.

 

With regards to voting, my main intention is to use the guidance provided by Mr Daish to advise me.

 

I hope to be able to attend the match at Kidderminster on 2nd February. I sincerely hope that I will be made welcome by the fans who loyally attend matches every week.

 

Ebbsfleet has a proud history. Even though the name may have changed recently, 'The Fleet' has been around for years. It is one of the few Kent clubs that have managed to stay around, and for that everybody involved in the club, in management and in the fanbase, should be proud.

 

If anyone wanted to swan in, play silly beggars and discard the club like an unwanted toy I would hate to be associated with them. My sincerest hope, and belief, is that the vast majority of members do not want to do that.

 

Now I have said my piece I wish to remain on this forum and learn more about the club from those from whom it is important to learn - the fans.
