Disgraceful

 

Do any of you actually have any idea about the history of Ebbsfleet United, or indeed anything about them? There is something seriously wrong when you lot can march in and turn a team with over 60 years history into a real life game of Championship Manager. Please don't come back and go on about being "proper football fans"

 

What was wrong with starting your own club from scratch, instead of trampling over somebody elses?

 

To the real Ebbsfleet supporters - I feel incredibly sorry for you lot. Sounds like you've been sold down the river with little or no say in the matter. What on earth is going on with your Supporters Trust, they seem to be actually welcoming this nonsense?

Thanks boys. I'm so bloody down at the moment, reading all the crap from the new breed of supporter.

I know we all argue - but at the end of the day we are local, and this is OUR club - not a exciting extension of CM2.

It will be interesting to see how many of our new, loyal fans actually make it into double figurex for posting.

Gary, and this is NOT meant to be sarcastic, does that mean you wish us to stay? It's true enough, almost all of the MyFC members are supporters of less than 24 hours. But it's just the first of many days to come.

Afternoon all, Donny Rovers fan here.

 

I was contemplating about joining the MYFC thing, it appeals for a couple of reasons, I spend a lot of time in Donny but live in London and Ebbsfleet would be handy for when I can't get to rovers matches. Apart from Donny I watch a lot of lower league football when I can Gainsborough Trinity, Bishop Stortford, Retford United, Barnet and Worksop Town... Donny always comes first mind but if there is a fixture when Donny aren't playing I tend to get off to it. No doubt I would become something of a regular if I took this on.

 

However before I hand over my £35 I'd thought I'd better see what the reaction of the Fleet fans was to this. I know I wouldn't want it at Rovers right now but that is because we're in such a good position financially but during our crisis years I think I would have been very open to the idea...

 

Anyway simple question, are you all completely against this idea? Would you prefer I kept my money and sodded off?

Today I will mainly be supporting Ebbsfleet. Listen rsheard, you are not a supporter of EUFC. You are just an interested party. This really highlights how little you guys know about supporting a team. You may know something about football but not as a fan.

I think most 'real' fans would prefer you turned up on a Saturday, paid ya money at the gate. This way the club gets your money, rather than some internet site!
