Suggestion for Admin

After todays news - and the fact that Fleet now have an extra 20,000 "supporters", would it be possible to have a MFC sub-forum?

Just to give the n00bs someplace to say 'hi', and so as not to wind up those who were here pre-MFC (and who will still be here post-MFC!)

I like the idea, but I cannot really see the point as there can be no form of coercion as to which forum people used.

If a group of people say that we want our own sub-forum with limited membership then we can create that for them, but it would leave them just talking amongst themselves rather than joining in with the wider debate.

I know we can't FORCE MyFC members into their own forum, but it was just a suggestion to ensure the forum isn't over-run with threads from 'new' supporters, and therefore pushing the usual day-to-day moans into obscurity!

Look at when I registered before you jump to conclusions about me running the club!
And in 3 weeks, when someone posts something sensible that concerns those who were actually at the game - but it gets pushed down the board by 20,000 posts from "shareholders" you might see I had a valid point!

All you have to do is start a Mfc members forum of your own.......And stay in it with your buddies, not try and tell us how our forum should be run. The forum might not have been around as long as the club.......But it has been run by David Holden since it's inception(and we haven't always agreed on everything)very well imho!

Get a f$%king life will ya. Wasn't telling anyone anything - learn to f$%king read before you post.
Am not anything to do with MyFC, nor anything to do with Fleet - oh, apart from going to 15-20 games a season...

As well as their own part of the forum for them to keep to, can we also find some way to differentiate between what kind of fan they are? Casual, local, armchair, Football Manager fanatic? Perhaps give them all some kind of symbol to wear when they come down to the ground, I dunno, a coloured star on their arm or something?

I kinda thought the MyFC lot would all be sat in the Hospitality Boxes with prawn sanwiches, and therefore easy to spot? The armchair fans will be sat, well, in the armchairs.
The FM fanatic will be sat in the Internet Café logged directly into Fleet HQ making tactical substitutions
