This is true, took over as 1st Team Manager Job on Wednesday.

I would not say they are struggle... just that they have not started well.

 

Already had the Horsley Manager giving me a hard time about talking to some of the players at the club ( I was Assistant there )

What does he think I should do, just not talk to players that will improve a side. Think he needs to live in the real world.

Just transferred 2 players from Guildford. Hope to bring in some players on loan from Chipstead.

 

Need to bring in a new squad to turn things around; this is a nightmare this time of the season and even harder when you are bottom of the league.

Don't worry JR won't be coming after any Dorking players, just not that desperate!

 

Maybe we could do a friendly JR as I am sure I would be most welcome at Dorking by the Collins!

johnno - watch out if coming in on A25 tomorrow as roadworks (traffic controlled) at Westcott, might need to allow a bit of extra time.
