It has been sold for housing. They are hoping for a new ground in the area of Blackshots in north Grays. There was also talk of them sharing with Thurrock. The fans have a fear that they will end up like Dartford a few years ago with no ground the money trousered.

Choice is yours Gazza.....either you want to go or not !! Hindsight is great isn't it ?

QUESTION - Would you prefer to turn the clock back and be part time in the lower divisions or where we are in 2007 ?

This is a multiple choice question. Answer either a) YES or B) NO.

See you on New Year's Day !! Happy Christmas.

Cheers,

PS.......It's a game of opinions Brian !

Full-time doesn't neccesarly mean higher wages, footballers wages at the lower levels tend to be more age related than hours worked.
I would be amazed if a young full-timer like Mott, Akinde or Coleman was on a bigger wage than an experienced part-timer like Jacko or Skins.
Which would explain the fact that so many of our squad are youngsters.

The answer was "No."
If you knew the first thing about what I work as you would know, as many on here already do, that my work patterns prevent me from making some matches.
Those I can make, I do make.

Or swap shifts like I do. apart from missing a game as the missus was in labour I haven't missed a home game in about 5 years. grin
