Hello Everyone

I am Spartacus

Recommended Posts

First the bad news I shall still be going to see football being played at HDP even if it is not very good like it is at the moment. So to buck the trend I thought I would post this thread and state why.

Now as I said about 2 years ago on another thread I go to football to get rid of all my aggression and pent up frustarations that I have accumulated over the past week or so. OK it may be channelled in the direction of that man in black or his mate with the flag and inappropiate most of the time , but it helps me.

Now if you are only a fair weather supporter and will only turn up when the team is winning well then that is your perogative and right to do so. However, if I have a problem with the way the team is playing I do not post it on here but (as people who know me will concur) I tell the manager directly and in private. If I think a player is (in my opinion) playing well or badly I will also tell them in private.

What does this do well probally nothing but, when they are on the pitch I will give them 100% support and encourage them accordingly.

This also extends to the Chairman and Directors of this club I will not slag them off publicy but tell them face to face.

Margate Football Club is a big part of my life at the moment and I will continue to support them in every which way I can.

yeah... top bum hugging from jossybaby but he's right tho'....its a tough old league we are in and with money flowing through NLF as well as many new players coming down to level 2/3 no club or its supporters have the right to demand constant success....

whereas supporters are entitled to a good old whinge up if their team fail to show they should stick by their club and support it....real fans go through thick and thin and they are the heartbeat of any club....

the disappointment of yesterday's result should always be quickly overtaken by the expectation of tomorrow's...

get in there........ cheerleader yay applause

In this stressful age Refs and Linos should be available on the NHS as an target for all the rage that you build from everyday living.

If doctors were to make a prescription for patients to visit a (preferably) Non League football match rather than all the expensive drugs they prescribe for stress related illnesses the NHS would save a fortune & our grounds would be full to bursting.
