I thought we looked quite committed in the first half and KL didn't really have a shot on goal. But second half Ugh!! Don't think we touched the ball in the first 10 minutes but well done to Kings Lynn they were more up for it than we were.

 

Put it behind you lads and give it a real go on Saturday. Any news on the injury front, we desperately need Macca and Hodges back.

Think of the positives we were also rubbish last night but, it means that we will be coming to New Lodge on a Saturday instead of mid-week now.

 

Early order for my Steak Sandwich as well please. Oh! better make that 2 as will probally bring the wife as well.

I didn't make my original post clear in its meaning, I was giving a broad interpretation of comments being made last night, and making a comparison to Liverpools successes and criticism.

 

I agree Richard, first half we were good, but second half we faded away. I think that had a lot to do with fatigue to be honest.

 

I have no doubt that our lads will give their all on Saturday, but whatever the outcome, they have already made us proud.

Watching BTFC should come with a health warning.....as we have all said ...first half both teams played some very good passing football....I think we just shaded it...a good goal from Jamie.well taken...so what happened to the blues at half time ...who spiked the refreshments!!!!!!!!we had trouble passing to each other ...tiredness crept in George looked done in when he came off....a good performance from him..Kings Lynn just upped the tempo ..where did they get the energy from...their first goal we were defending too deep I'm sure Billy didnt see it until it was too late.....what a free kick from their no 5 I'm sure it cut the grass as it went in it was so low..!!!!...on the whole our guys tried to make a game of it.....we now have to concentrate fully after saturday on getting maximum points whenever we can to climb up the table ...we all know how good our guys are..in playing good passing football...and in flackie...well what more can we say.... so to all our new found supporters ...GET BEHIND THE BLUES.....................
