Couldn't make it to KL on Saturday so I'm really looking forward to this replay.

 

Reading the KL messageboard they're pretty dissapointed with their performance.

 

Any injury/team news up-dates for the Blues?

I'd stick with the same team then, unless Macca is back, with possibly BWG coming in up front as I reckon a bit of pace against their centre backs could pay plenty of dividends...

Same team as Saturday for me with McSweeney coming in at right back if available. Both King's Lynn's goals came from down our right side.

 

We'll need to keep Mulryne quiet as he'll ping it all over the pitch given a chance, but if we play like we did on Saturday we'll win.

 

I'm going for an attendance of 2,250!

I'm suprised the FA have not insisted tonights replay is all ticket, especially if we get a few disgruntled (and poorer) Chelmo rubber-neckers!

No risk of that Mr Blockhead - we have an Essex Senior Cup tie at Witham this evening, so can't see many "Chelmo rubber-neckers" taking any interest in a Trophy game at NL.

Seems that Eastbourne will be rooting for us tonight. If you can find their M.B. take a look @ the "FA Trophy" thread (can't post link, but you can find it via the Ryman forum link to the Southern League forum).

 

Can't help feeling they're being a little harsh on K.L. I got the impression that it was an enjoyable visit Saturday?

Yeah..I read that ont the EB thread. Not a hint of anything untoward at K.L. other than the old guy parking his car and driving into the fence And he left it there !

We lost, 3-1, in case you didn't know. All Lynns goals, only one of which came from open play, were in the 2nd half; which is understandable as we didn't bother turning up for the 2nd 45 mins.

 

Yes, I know Lynn upped there game after half time, but there was a time when we we respond to that.

 

Very dissapointing after all the positive comments about Saturday.

We need to borrow whatever their manager said to the Kings Lynn lads at half-time for Saturday.

I thought we played really well first 45 and couldn't see them scoring at all. It's only human nature for our guys to have some percentage of their minds on the next game. Cringed when Flacky got some studs in his groin, really hope he's ok, and what a bonus George's return is proving to be.
