In the Slough Observer article in which Roy Merryweather refutes a merger with Beaconsfiled he has reportedly called for anyone who "feels they have something to offer the club to step forward with a view to joining a new management structure he is trying to set up."

 

Does anyone know anything more about this? What experience, skils and level of committment is he after? Has a start been made and if so who is involved?

The current board of the club consists of:

 

Roy Merryweather, Kevin Merryweather, Chris Sliski, Ian Lathey, Ted Plenty and myself.

 

We are very keen to add people to the board with business and commercial backgrounds to help us to continue moving forwards off the pitch.
