The real improvement, as well as the way it looks, is the fact that it's so much easier to update and maintain. Chris deserves a lot of credit for the work he's put in. Hopefully there will be a very regular flow of news items going through the site in future, and more quickly too.

 

Also as Tom says, there will be a lot more to come - we just wanted to get the new site up and running and iron out any problems in the main areas for now.

Any news on the fate of the Trust Website?

There will be a Trust section on the main website shortly.

Mainly dependant on whether they want to give us information for a change.

Its due to a conflict of interest. I dont want to start things up, this isn't the place but basically the trust doesn't want trust member only information placed online for non-members to see. The only way this can be overcome is for a log in system for members.

With the idea of the newsletter etc hopefully we are trying to bridge 'the gap' that has been seen between 'fans' and 'trust' so hopefully it will be awash with information for all.
