Yes, it was very poor today.....but why take the piss ? Are you one of the saddo's that want the club to fail, or maybe one of the sulkers that won't go again following the name change ?

Well done C.G. how on earth did you know that the FGR keeper was going to make that blinding save from Nades header?
If he hadn't then I would have sadly predicted the score.

Actually FGR reminded me an awful lot of us last season. Tidy football but not spectacular, solid defence who don't give much away and a sharp centre-forward who took his chances well.
It was easy to see why they are where they are in the league but like ourselves last season I expect that they won't quite be good enough come May....and they probably won't have Fleetwood next season.

That said, they have another one who has already got nine - Beesley - something which we didn't last season. Or this season...!

I was saying exactly the same thing during the game, Slarti. However, once Fleetwood went off, FGR looked rather ordinary. Like some of our games last season. Without Charlie MacDonald, we looked short of goal scoring chances.

Best of luck to FGR, enjoy the ride while it lasts. I think Fleetwood will probably see the season out, then move on to a bigger Blue Square or League club. Wonder what sort of contract he's on, and if FGR can make anything from his move.

No Hirsty I wasn't there.....thankfully!

Having seen what can only be described as a debacle against Exeter last week, I thought I'd sit at home watching the back garden grass grow.

Boring and a bit like pulling out teeth without an anesthetic.........sadly much like watching the 'Fleet at the moment but without having to fork out £13.
