Sounds like we are playing a 3-5-2 formation today, with Skinner in the middle of Young and Smith at the back, Peters and Jackson are playing as wing-backs with Side and Haworth upfront as Pinnock plays a bit deeper. Overall we are playing average.

But Wellsie thinks we could get back in it if we can be a bit smarter upfront.
