Fa Trophy betting

So weve won £4500 in the Trophy plus our share of gate receipts not bad so far may it continue for some time.

4.5k better off can't be bad! I can understand some of it being used to make up the shortfalls in Club maintenence where attendance/bar/refreshment/merchandise money alone may not cover certain aspects. But I would hope the majority of the prize fund will go into strengthening the team, after all it was them that earnt it.

In an ideal world it would be nice to strengthen the squad.

Hopefully we can draw a well supported team at home. Gate receipts plus the bar takings would be very welcome.

According to the FA website we get £2000, I fancy Basilricay at home, cant see AFC Hx getting past this round, they had their chance and blew it.

 

I would have liked Chelmo or maybe even a visit from Hednesford.

Either at home to the best supported club (AFC Wimbledon?) or failing that whoever is the weakest team left in the competition please.

With prize money of £3000 to play for in the next round, I would like to be drawn at home to someone who has higher priorties than a good Trophy run. Either that or away to a decent supported team that we have a good chance of getting a replay with and doing them at home.
