Gary, feel free to contact some Slough taxi companies and let me know it there's any interest. I think we should concentrate on getting more pubs/bars to advertise in the programme. Has anyone else asked their local pub regarding this? If you need prices or more details please email me (programme@sloughtownfc.net)

I've been mentioning this to few people for a few weeks now as a way of making some money.

The Farnborough Programme was £2 with some colour photos and very little reading.

Personaly I'd still buy it and I think with some colour photos from the previous weeks game it would be worth the money providing it was still profitable to do this.

The programme makes a healthy profit selling at £1.50 but I'm just not sure if we can justify charging £2 at this level? I know Farnborough's programme is £2 which is probably down to it being full colour throughout on glossy paper. In terms of pages and reading content it's not value for money. If we charged £2 then it'll definitely have more pages, although it wouldn't be full colour throughout we could definitely include more colour into it. At the moment it's 44 pages, with 12.5 pages as adverts, which I think is a pretty good ratio.

Dont over egg the cake for a few extra quid. a small few dont buy progs now because of price. By charging more (regardlesss of content) a few more will stop buying - and the bigger & better it is the more work you have to do. If standards then dip so will sales. We have one of the best Progs. in non league Quality always stands out.
