Not so rosy over there

Just picked up on this debate, and I'm with you Cookie. The thing that hurts me the most this season is not being beaten by Carshalton or Hitchin. It's being behind Ramsgate in the league. I didn;t care much about the league cup game last year, but the league ... that's a different thing. If we're benlow Ramsgate at the end of the season, that's not going to feel good, wherever we are in the table. That is the interest for me, in THAT team on the other side of the island.

Trouble is boys, Ramsgate at the moment ARE a better side than us. It kills me to say it as Iam Margate through and through but lets be honest.

My logic says, i 'd rather have beaten Carl,and Hitchen ,lose to ramsgate and get 6 points;than beat Ramsgate ,lose to carl and hitch as we have already and just get the 3 points.

We may of course also lose to ramsgate.

 

On the other hand, we can only hope that RT can improve the team sufficiently, to beat ramsgate twice in the league this season and the return matches against carl and hitch.
