Watched RFC tonight to be fare they looked very strong, I was in their bar lol and overheard two of the players talking about going on loan,

Bagley, Barron & Whisker will all be on loan this week so much for the chance they were promised then

Thought they played very well we need to take their approach very seriously what ever they are doing they are doing it right IMO with local or very near local players can someone enlighten me, who scouts for them? They keep doing it

Burton, Valance Graham, King, ………..

Whoever it is get him working for us !!!!!

Are you that dim? three players who moved we are told to get a chance of first team football now on loan without a chance Clear so far?????

They continue to get hold of very good local talent, question do we? or is that streching your one brainsell Wan...r sory wenger?!

With your responce its not surprising we seem to be losing ground to them is it.

Maybe its not so much the quality of the players giving them reasonable success, but the quality of the organisation and balance of the side.

Maybe Wards best signing is the coach he brought in a few months ago.

If RT continues to struggle to sign players- which he seems to do- then maybe he should try coaching them-directly, or indirectly through someone else- to be better organised and disciplined

You numbnut dendo If it is true about these 3 players going on loan its because the first team are playing so well they need to get first team football to keep them sharp and to gain experiance. All these players you mention were with Margate last season and we could have done the same to give them first team experiance and kept them in the fold so to speak.

They sent Vahid . Minshull. and a few others out on loan a couple of years ago and brought them back when needed thats how to run a good squad.

My "response" to that would be, and I'm "stretching" my "braincell" here would be "sorry" for being so dim. Insert commas, full stops, capital letters as and where necessary.

My word, this forum does keep me entertained.

I haven't seen any games for two months now, but I would propose that Steve Butler, the coach that the Wards brought in, is probably beginning to have an effect on the team.

Also, other Rams might know more about it than me, but I believe it is the Wards who go and find these players and it is their doing that the team manages to play so well together. Plus they put time and effort into 'doing their homework' on other teams and chairman Richard Lawson also accompanies them to some matches.

Saw the Ramsgate Chelmsford game. It looks as though Ramsgate are going to finish ahead of Margate for the first time ever?
It wouldnt suprise me if they actually won this league.
They must be doing something right there. Because with very little money and a fraction of the support they have got a better team.
Trott, seems to want a lot of players, who frankly look past their best. Ramsgate keep signing players with ambition and Margate keep signing journeymen.

Barron and Wisker are not ready yet, Bagley has played 2 league games so far, Holden is getting his chance to shine and Dolton is special playing well seen some quality passing from him.

Bagley, Barron and Wisker all have potential but with the team playing so well they will and are finding it hard to break into the team, and a loan move maybe whats needed for them it worked wonders with Minshull and others.

For those Margate fan's who saw us against Horsham, Chelmsford and Hastings i believe will agree even if it hurts them to say that our young squad are gelling and have raised their fitness.
