MISM - WEFC

Recommended Posts

It’s a bit of a pain. I'm glad I'm not going.

Get the 17:33 OR 18:33 from Maidenhead and get off at Ealing Broadway. Then get the District Line to Ealing Common and then change onto the Piccadilly line to Ruislip. I reckon it would take around an hour.

Alternatively go home and watch the new series of Ramsey’s Kitchen Nightmares on channel 4 !!

Shut up with your moaning. If you went to the game expecting to see a strong side your more stupid than i am!

So many fans just spend all their time moaning! I sometimes wonder why they actually bother going if all they do is moan and moan and moan!!

You know who you are so answer me! If i wanted to see a high level of football i'd go to a league game but i don't. I go for the laughs we have on our travels and at the grounds!

Matt,

Understand your point it was disappointing to see nine changes but I think "players lacking fitness, let alone match practice" was precisely the reason they played last night. I would rather "players lacking fitness, let alone match practice" managed to get it in an Errea Cup game (no disrespect to the competition, but our priorities - in my opinion - lie elsewhere) rather than a league or FA Trophy game. Without a reserve side this year, its important these "players lacking fitness, let alone match practice" get games, whereever possible, so they can then come into a league game/FA Trophy game when called upon and make an immdediate impact.

I agree with the general principle of giving match practice to those players not getting regular games - but it does give concern that should we have a period where we lose a number of player to injury/suspsension then the guys warming the bench and the sidelines aren't able to deliver when called upon.

A reserve side addresses this problem in one way, but I understand the issues involved with having a reserve team and it is not always practical.

Having said all that it's always disappointing to see your side slump to a team they whacked 3 days previous - but you just get up again and whack the next team - are you ready Farnborough !!!
