has anyone actually bought a copy of rob errington's 'history of the ESL' or whatever its called,if they have one will they lend it to me,im buggered if im paying £18 for it and im banned from my local library for defacing books and stealing a lighthouse family CD,thanks.

Richard, I bought it recently and it's a very good read indeed. I would lend you it but I prefer it's current colour to brown I am afraid.
