Pauls performance at Doncaster was totally incredible. In forty (odd) years of watching football, that is 'The MOST' amazing display of the 'NUTTERS ART' I've ever seen. On one-to-one he is the best!

 

And, as a 'newcomer', .......can I say, I was totally emotionally overcome by the tremendous reception our fans gave to the entire team at the end of the game!

 

AND, Yeah! Great stuff from the Fleet team as the ground emptied - they coming over and really showing their appreciation.

wasnt there but seems he had a blinder,he's played brilliantly all season,argueably player of season,kept us in LOADS of matches,seem to remember the dagenham fans calling him "clumsy fool" or something,how wrong they are!

have to agree, some of his saves were amazing, also about 500 of the Donny fans stood by the tunnel and clapped him off the pitch which shows just how good he was.

For me the best save wilko did was to somehow dive to his right to claw out a powerful shot that he didn't see until late because it came through a crowd of players. That to me was worth the trip north!!

Mark Bentley has looked classy in almost every game he's played - but unfortunately was out due to injury earlier in the season which I feel means Wilks will/should pip him for this accolade.

No disrespect to the remainder of the squad, but no-one has consistently performed well when in the side (aside from Wilko I s'pose) or remained virtually injury-free for the whole season so far.....

I agree. Its a shame for Jacko that he has had a great season, but Wilks and Benno have come along and pipped him to it. But great respect to Jacko from me, a player very capable at this level.

Sorry just catching up on the chat, when Jamie played at Hereford they said he was a class act, he also saved us that day from a murderous scoreline, but i must agree Wilkerson is one of the best goalkeepers to play at Fleet over the years and we have had a few, he should at least be in the England reserve squad, along with Jacko, will probably vote for Wilko end of season he has at times kept us in with a shout, with a solid defence in front of him he would keep a lot of clean sheets.
