Braintree`s New Manager

They have chosen the now former East Thurrock manager Lee Patterson, it will be interesting to see how he does with a bit of money to spend on players.

Quite surprised about that appointment but he did very well at East Thurrock and kept them in the top half of the Ryman Premier on crowds of less than 150.

good luck to him but it will be a very hard job who takes over from him at east thurrock

Not sure who he is but apparently John Coventry is the new East Thurrock manager.

I got a feeling Patterson was putting a bit of his own money into East Thurrock so not sure what will happen now.

 

It surprised me a bit they could attract players like Steve West who doesn't come cheap on crowds of less than 150.

 

Don't quote me on that though, just a few rumours I've heard.

Good manager Lee Patterson, totally wasted at East Thurrock who have virtually a zero fan base, club is kept going by the social club. most punters dont even bother venturing out of the bar for the footie. He will do a good job. Nice club Braintree.

Would not surprise me if Steve West mad the short journey across essex to meet up with Lee Patterson at Braintree.
