I'll say 197 v Weymouth in 2000 for a league game. Played at same time as England v Germany (the one where Keegan resigned).

I was there for that one and to think that crowds of over 2000 watched Gate in less than a years time. Where do they come from??

They are there Geoff, they have always been there, they need the encouragement of a consistent team producing good football and good results against good opposition to bring them out. It can be done, it was done in the 60-70's and again in the 90's and early 2000's. I hope Robin can pull it off again, I for one would love to see him do it. Thought he had the team to do it early on last season but events and inconsistencies ended that hope, much to my dismay. Give full backing to the team and the manager, and hopefully we can all do it again together.
