Right as bad as much as i hate saying it, saturday is a massive game for us and we really need to get as many people down to holloways park and get right behind the lads no matter how badly we think they have been in recent games, lose this and we are in trouble.

 

I know Newport are bringing a coach which apparently leaves there at 9.45, all credit for their travelling fans!!!!

Newport IOW are complete toilet this year.....If you dont get 3 or 4 against them, then you may as well sack all your players, ground staff, stewards and management and play the youth team.

It doesnt matter if we beat them by 3 or 4 or by the odd goal, whats important is 3 points which is vital!!!!

I think I'd be quite happy if it was 1-0 to us with the goal coming in the 4th minute of stoppage time thanks to an offside goal coming from a deflected shot that is eventually put in with a hand, but that comes off the crossbar and bounces on the line, having to wait 5 mins before the ref gives it.

 

To sum up any win will do, unfortunatly I can't be there as I'm ushering at a wedding :-(

a mate of mine has seen them play this season and said they werent actually that bad, good team spirit and showed good attacking moves but their defending was woeful (that sounds familiar) so excpect a good attacking game end to end stuff. anything less than 3 points could be the end for the management.

whatever happens i hope wilko stays, to me he always gives nothing less than 100% so i hope the players really give their all saturday, could be a great game im looking forward to it.

Saw them play at home to Windsor, they were poor ,but are local lads who were playing for each other and the island. As I said at Didcot, can see us losing this one ,as we are not playing as a team or for each other for whole game. It will be down to who wants it more, hope i'm wrong but think theres only one taker on that front.
