Seems Lee tried to change his mind but the club wouldn't have it....

 

From APSA's website...

 

"Lee Ward has resigned as APSA manager after Saturdays 4-0 loss to Barkingside. He asked to be taken on again on Monday but the club exec had already accepted his resignation and were not prepared to change that decision. The club wishes Lee all the best for the future".

I didn't change my mind as the club are saying.....I had several players and the "assistant" asking me to stay....which I explained to the chairman but with the current collective running he club I would not have asked for the job back.....the club have taken further steps backwards this week by bringing back players that have let the club and the team down over the last couple of months.....thanks from you all (you know who you are)with the backing I have had in telling the truth about leaving APSA.
