Well from my experiences with him, and other people have said the same...

 

Every pre-season he tells anyone he can to come over, and I remember turning up for a first session with no less than 60 - 70 people going for a first team squad place.

 

He eventually wittles it down after p*ssing a lot of people off, then throughout the season he brings in complete randomers!

 

Probably uses over 100 players in games including pre-season.
