gotta sack the manager the performances are terrible, we just arent a team u can see theres no team spirit, senior players are not guiding the younger players, discipline is not there, poor old chippy charles the only decent player we have with 10 other un commited players around him i wouldnt be surprised if he leaves soon, somethings gotta change i know money is a big issue but theres alot of managers who could get alot more out of the group of players we have as im not saying players arent good enough im saying they arent playing to there full potential due to playing for an un-organised team we are a scrappy sunday league side. new management needed what do ulot think? u cant be happy wiv wilkinson the performances are shocking.

The way unhappy rebel phrases bits of it, sounds to me like a disgruntled player fishing for a bite. Most fans who use this forum have made their opinions known on various threads since the season began. The fishing season has just started again.

If he's a player then using the phrase 'ten other un-committed players' would tend to think he was one of those ten un-committed players himself or a bench warmer thinking he deserves to play.

Mustn't forget that Wilko is a rookie and has supposedly more experienced people helping him. Perhaps they should go before Wilko?

We have got knackered old players picking up big lumps of cash (as much as most of the supporters earn in a week for strolling round the pitch for 90 minutes - and the players have there normal full time job!) and then not putting in performances. If Wilko was managing the team properly he would get rid of the knackered old over paid players and free up the cash for better younger players, and if he was clever he would reduce the wage bill for the club at the same time.

However it looks like it is a case of looking after his mates and bleeding the club dry - otherwise why has he not reduced the wage bill and kept the likes of Daly Roddis.....

I think you need to choose your words more carefully, SR. Irrespective of Wilko's qualities as a manager (or not as the case may be) I'd never use the phrase "bleeding the club dry" as that implies he's in it for his own benefit and nobody elses. I don't think anyone could ever accuse Darron of that.

OK - his decisions of what players are kept and bought in, and the wages they are on is costing the club dear in financial terms. The performance on the pitch does not reflect the expenditure and this shows his lack of management experiance and the guidance he is recieving.

If you look at his managment record he has only won 3 games in 10 months, we are out of all cups in the first round, and are looking highly likly to drop another level in the leauge - what a record - will he be Sloughs only manager to get us relegated two seasons on the trot?

Also if we go down that will kill the new ground.

Now is the time to secure our position at this level and that requires that a new manager comes in and puts together a team which we can afford and that will ensure that we remain at this level. Wilko has been a loyal servant of the club the but the reality is he is in over his head on the management side.
