Providing I can get a network signal, I plan to provide match updates from the game tomorrow.

 

Whilst the primary focus will be on the key game on Saturday when we host Newport, we will be looking to progress in this competition.

 

If I can't get a signal from the ground, I will try and phone updates through to someone to put on here.

Not sure if its any help but mobile reception is good at Loop Meadow and we have Wi-fi there.

No probs, hope to see a few Rebels supporters there - pretty sure we've never played Slough at the new ground in a competitve match.

I note the train has been mentioned - best option from Slough, Loop Meadow is just 5 mins walk from Didcot Parkway.

We played a friendly about five years back, but nothing competetive as you say. Looking forward to it, but can't imagine too many travelling.

I've been to the Loop a few times and I would say it was a five minute drive from the station but about a twenty minute walk at least!!

I'll be there on the basis that it's only an hour fom home, as oppossed to one and a half. I know some of you travel further, but got too many commitments down here to get up too much.

I will be there with Mark44 and a few of his non league friends from Reading Uni, very easy to get to from Reading.

Eh? After 30 pints of lager I could walk it in less than that. The problem with driving in a taxi from station is you can't go under the bridge (its no entry, so it is a ten minute drive).
Right, come out of the station door and turn left. Walk 250 yards until you come to Cow Lane, walk under the bridge and then take the path about 10 yards up the road into Ladygrove Park on your left. Follow that for 300 yards and the ground is in front of you. Go left on the footpath towards the turnstiles and club house. In total about 600 yards and it takes 5 minutes tops...in a wheelchair.

I bow to your superior knowledge, the only walking route I know about is turning right out of the station and passing the power station.

 

Obviously the longer route.
