I was going to have a footy free weekend, but decided to take grandson-son down to Meadowbank for the Bookham-Cove game.

 

Arrived just before half-time. I thought Bookham were unlucky not to get something out of the game. Again, I don't normally criticise match official, but I thought the standard of the two assistants was absolutely abysmmal !

 

Off-side was on-side, and two blatant on-sides given as offside.

 

Come on assessors - Get your act together !

 

Sorry I couldn't stay for a bevvy after Teffs - I had yet another family engagement immediately afterwards.

well said its about time these assessors actually started doing something about the standard of officials in this league because without dought it is the worse i have ever seen

and this is so easy to resolve, we have the tv technology why not use it?

 

a vital touchline incident in the egg chasing was eventually decided , why oh why hasnt the combined counties embraced this?
