Tell him it's happening, manics. It's just that these things take time and the person who will be taking the legal action doesn't have a lot of time at the moment. In fact, he told me recently that he hasn't even viewed this forum for a couple of months now.
manics
Members will have to be a bit more careful what they comment on in here, banter's good fun but some member's take it to far. http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/technology/5230776.stm http://www.guardian.co.uk/law/story/0,,1737445,00.html
Uncle Urchin
total bollox......when the legal cases start the forums will disappear as the people that pay for them and host them will not risk the cost of being held responsible... never fails to amaze me how people always seek to destroy that which they enjoy... Football Man
UU, unfortunately the person who is planning the legal action is aware that it will probably mean the closure of the FansForum site but says that he has tried on numerous occasions and in numerous ways to contact Ian to get him to do something about what he considers to be slanderous statements but Ian doesn't respond.
